Floral arrangements care instructions
In case you have received your order a little bit squashed or if the arrangement lost its form, please do not worry. This usually happens during a rough transit, and since our delicate flowers are flexible in a "realistic and natural" way the arrangement might lose its form.
Do not be afraid to play around. You can rearrange and "un-squeeze" all flowers to their initial shape and aspect.
Will my arrangement look the same as in the pictures?
Due to the hand-made nature of our products, and the availability of materials used in our products, your item is not guaranteed to look 100% as in the picture. Please check with us before ordering an item identical to the picture.
We use professional photos and light to showcase all our items' details. To replicate the same luxurious aspect, we advise you to place your items under a light source. Light sources create a beautiful contrast and showcase the most attractive aspects of your item.
What materials do you use?
All our products are created from artificial: silicone, textile, or other high-quality elements. Some season arrangements might contain natural elements like wood or pampas grass that are proven to last for a long time.

Are your arrangements a good fit for my place?
We have many floral arrangements perfect for any large or small place, including your living room, dining room, or office.
Our compositions will perfectly go on your TV stand, dining table, kitchen, or island.

Why should I choose from your floral arrangements?
The flowers used in our arrangements are of the highest quality available. Not only do our flowers look 100% real, but we also pay attention to the minor details, ensuring you get the feeling of it being just hand-picked from the garden.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Décor de Paris is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please use the tracking number attached to your order and contact your local shipping carrier directly regarding delays if the package was already scanned in your country of destination.
If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point by tracking your package. If the package's last scan refers to your country of destination, you should file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If you experience circumstances other then those stated above, make sure to contact us!
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
How do I make sure you match my color theme/custom request exactly?
The best way to make sure that your colors/ custom requests are matched as closely as possible is to send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order.
